Rich McAllister is a motivational speaker and volunteer who also writes and champions the causes of disabled people, especially those who have suffered limb loss.
Rich is the current President of the Self Help Amputee Group of West Orange, NJ. Held at Kessler Rehabilitation Institute in West Orange, they have meetings the first Tuesday of the month, September through May.
Rich is also a member of UNICO, a National service organization and Rich serves the Cedar Grove Chapter by designing and maintaining their chapter web site. Rich also was the committee chairperson of the Chapter's 25th Anniversary Dinner Celebration, held May 5, 2011 at The Brownstone Restaurant in Paterson, NJ.
Rich has been a volunteer is his entire professional life, including serving as President of the New Jersey Chapter of the American Marketing Association (2000-2002), the Small Business Relief Effort (helping companies located in Lower Manhattan who were directly affected by 9-11) American Records Management Association (ARMA), Association of Imaging and Information Management (AIIM), and many other business related associations.
Rich McAllister was a marketing and sales professional in the imaging and information management industry for many years including Senior Manager for A2iA Corporation in New York City overseeing North America channel sales.
Rich resides in Cedar Grove, NJ with his wife of over 23 years Lisa and their two daughters Brandi and Brittany.
