Paper Mill Playhouse Opens Bistro and Bar

The Carriage House is now open at Millburn's playhouse Wednesday through Sunday.

The Paper Mill Playhouse has opened the doors to its own bar and bistro for guests to enjoy before or after plays — or just for another dining option steps away from downtown Millburn. The Carriage House is open Wednesday to Sunday 4:30 to 10 p.m. It is also open for brunch on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. as well as before most performances. The restaurant seats 60 people.  "Everyone that's been here said they loved it," chef Holly Guber said. "People have been coming out from around the neighborhood for brunch also." The Carriage House's soft opening was during "The Sound of Music".
