On Saturday, January 5, the Spotlight Players Parents Association (SPPA) held its 10th Annual Talent Show in the Verona High School Auditorium. The night featured extremely talented township youngsters who performed outstanding pieces for the crowd.

Last call for talented Verona performers! Thursday, January 3 is the deadline to register for the 10th Annual Verona Talent Night. The annual talent show, sponsored by the Spotlight Players Parents Association (SPPA), will be held at 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 5 in the Verona High School Auditorium. “We need singers, dancers, musicians, stand-up comedy, funny skits, serious monologues or even an animal act,” the SPPA said in a written statement. The acts must be between two to four minutes and must be easy to set up. An optional run-through will be held the same day from 2 to 4 p.m. An application fee for registration costs $10 per act.
