Cedar Grove seniors must RSVP by Wednesday, Feb. 13 for a special dress rehearsal dinner of Cedar Grove High School's Beauty and the Beast.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 is the last day for Cedar Grove seniors to RSVP for a special dress rehearsal performance of Beauty and the Beast, performed by Cedar Grove High School. Students will also hold a special free dinner and dress rehearsal for senior citizens on Wednesday, Feb. 20 at 5:30 p.m. Interested seniors can RSVP by writing to: Jennifer Jessen-Foose 90 Rugby Road Cedar Grove, NJ 07009 RSVP forms are available at Waterview, Cedar Ridge and through the Cedar Grove G Senior Citizens Club, the Cedar Grove High School Main Office. In addition to Beauty and the Beast performances, the cast will hold special events for senior citizens and youngsters.
Cedar Grove High School will present Disney’s Beauty and the Beast in February featuring some of the school's most talented performers. Tickets are now on sale for each of the three performances to be held Thursday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. The role of the Beast will be played by Senior Alex Campbell while Belle will be portrayed by Senior Courtney Buckworth. The performance will cost $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens and is held in the Cedar Grove High School Auditorium, located at 90 Rugby Road. The Verona High School Concert Band will perform at the iconic Carnegie Hall on Friday night, March 15th 2013 as part of the Eastern Wind Symphony Symphonic Gala! Carnegie Hall is the most famous venue in the world hosting performances from artists as varied as the Beatles to the musicians of the New York Philharmonic.
