Six doctors from Verona and one from Cedar Grove were included on New Jersey Monthly's 2012 list of "New Jersey's Top Doctors." The magazine polled 22,780 New Jersey doctors and asked them who they considered the state's best. Anthony C. Berlet, MD, (Surgery, Plastic & Reconstructive) of Cedar Grove was on the list. Cedar Grove school officials are elated with a magazine’s report showing the district advanced 29 places in a poll of the state’s top high schools. However, officials in Verona are questioning that district falling 17 places in the poll.
