Residents Donate Generators to Verona Township
Local Verona business owners, Don Smartt and George and Kathy Anderson donated seven generators to the township of Verona and were recognized for their contribution during Superstorm Sandy.
Local Verona business owners, Don Smartt and George and Kathy Anderson were publicly recognized for their donation of seven generators to the Township of Verona during Monday night's council meeting. “We know that times like Hurricane Sandy challenge us all and we are in a position to help extend the services you give to the people of this community,” Smartt told the council during the meeting.
