Terrible. I ordered flowers for a special occasion and was promised delivery on this date. I called and confirmed the order and delivery date. The day of the event I was called and told delivery would be by 3PM. After 3PM I still had no flowers. I called and the person said they would not deliver due to bad weather. I asked when they were going to call to tell me and the response was, "If you want a call, hang up and I'll call you back and tell you." I was shocked. I said they should have planned for bad weather since the news had called for bad weather and they should have delivered before the weather was bad. The guy was unapologetic and said they'd deliver the next day. I said the next day is pointless since I needed them for this occasion. They finally delivered the next day and to make matters even worse, the arrangement was not at all what I had ordered. I ordered a "premium" arrangement that was supposed to be very large and contain roses. This arrangement was small and had ONE rose!!! I couldn't believe it. I would expect to pay maybe $20 for that arrangement not the large sum I had already paid. I called my credit card company to contest the charge since I didn't want to deal with these people ever again. Lo and behold, I was right to not want to talk to them again. After being contacted by my credit card company, the guy came TO MY HOUSE and demanded the arrangement back!!! I cannot believe it. I have never dealt with someone like this. Simply ridiculous.

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother at her office on valentines’ day and told not a problem.
The flowers were never delivered and I had to call three times and ask what happened. I was then told on the fourth phone call I made to them that the flowers would not be delivered till the following day and that to make up for the confusion they would make the arrangement better and include chocolates.
This too was never delivered and they refused to return my phone calls when I was asking to speak to the owner. Flowers were then left outside a business with the name miss spelled on the card and it was the original arrangement. I would not recommend this florist to anyone there is absolutely no customer service or follow up and the floral arrangement is the same as any other nothing special about this place at all.
