I am writing to give the highest compliments I can to your store. Everyone is congenial and cooperative however, the major reason I am writing is to praise three specific departments... First, the deli department run by George is second to none that I have experienced in my 69 years on earth. Everything he and his "crew" make/cook is OUTSTANDING! Second, the bakery section run by Sal makes the best Parbaked Wheat Baguettes and Tribecca sour dough French bread. No disrespect intended but I cannot comprehend how you still carry Calandra's (an extraordinary bread baker) when you have such superior quality coming from Sal. (Meant only to accentuate the quality of Sal's bread products), Third, the butcher section makes sausage that is better than Garuttos, butchers that I dealt with from their days on Bloomfield Avenue in Newark.
