Verona Council Holds Special Meeting, Register for Winter Recreation Programs

The Cedar Grove Council will convene Monday, at 7 p.m.
The Verona Mayor and Council will conduct a Special Meeting on Monday, at 7 p.m., in the Council Chambers, Verona Town Hall, 600 Bloomfield Ave., Verona. The meeting will go right into closed session. No action will be taken.
Catch an afternoon movie at the Cedar Grove Public Library Wednesday, at 1 p.m. This week's selection is "Girl Most Likely," with Kristen Wiig, Matt Dillon & Annette Bening.
Registration is underway for Verona Recreation Winter Programs, including indoor soccer and an indoor ropes course. Don't put if off, a late fee applies after Jan. 17. Read more.
Verona Voices, formerly the Verona Cedar Grove Chorus, begins its Spring 2014 Season with an Open House for prospective new members on Tuesday, at 7 p.m., in the Music Room of H.B. Whitehorne Middle School. A rehearsal will follow.
Save the date: The Cedar Grove Public Library will hold a presentation on How to Train Your Dog on Tuesday, Jan. 28.
