Valerie Fund Annual Walk, 5K Shines in Verona
Nearly 200 teams gathered Saturday morning at Verona Park.
Nearly 200 teams were expected to participate in this year's Valerie Fund walk and 5K run Saturday at Verona Park. About $900,000 was raised for this year's event, benefiting The Valerie Fund Centers, which provide emotional, social and develeopmental support, as well as medical care, to children with cancer.
