Verona Hall of Fame Makes Final Call for Nominations
What you need to know to nominate a VHS grad.
The Verona High School Alumni Association (VHSAA) is making a final call for nominations to the 2014 Verona High School Hall of Fame.
Founded in 2004, the Hall of Fame was created to honor outstanding individuals and teams for their accomplishments and/or contributions to Verona and the community.
Candidates are considered based upon individual or group achievement(s), and the prestigious tribute is open to former students, teachers, administrators, coaches, teams/groups, and any others who exemplify Verona’s rich tradition of excellence.
A nomination form can be downloaded at www.vhsalumni.net.
Completed entries and accompanying documentation should be mailed to VHSAA, P.O. Box 121, Verona, NJ 07044. To be considered as a 2014 honoree, nomination forms must be received no later than Nov. 1, 2013.
The 2014 Hall of Fame Induction ceremony and dinner will be held on Thursday, April 3, at the Villa in Mountain Lakes. The event is open to the public.

The 2014 Hall of Fame committee is looking for volunteers to assist with the selection process, in addition to the planning and hosting of the dinner and awards ceremony.
