Three Deer Struck in One Week in Cedar Grove

Police warn drivers to use caution near wooded areas.

Three deer were destroyed by Cedar Grove Police last week after they were badly injured by vehicles on township roads.

The injured deer were discovered on Ridge Road, near Grove and West Bradford Avenues and on Fairview Avenue between Oct. 28 and Nov. 3, police said.

In all three incidents, the vehicle that struck the animal left the scene before police arrived.
