Unattended Car Stolen From Cedar Grove Parking Lot
Avoid making your car a target for thieves.
It's below freezing outside, but that's no excuse to leave your cars running and unattended, Cedar Grove Police are cautioning residents.
The warning comes after a car was stolen from a Pompton Avenue parking lot on Wednesday at 7:20 a.m., police said. The car was left running with the keys inside.
A similar car theft occurred Wednesday morning in Montclair, Cedar Grove police said.
