Greeting Cards Depict Four Seasons at Verona Park

Proceeds from sales of greeting cards benefit Verona Park Conservancy.

Essex County’s Verona Park is the subject of a set of note cards featuring the work of four local artists.

The greeting cards are a must-have for anyone who loves parks, nature, art, Verona, etc.

The collection includes paintings reflecting the four seasons: “Heading North, We Hope” by Ann C. Taylor, “Trees of Verona Park” by Hamilton Carson, “Fall Reflections” by Patricia Buchannan and “Awaiting Spring” by Allen Taylor.

The set of eight cards includes two copies of each painting with envelopes for $10.

They are available at Terry’s Family Pharmacy and Main Street Cottage in Verona, as well as Minuteman Press in Caldwell, or by calling 973-239-6074.

Proceeds support the work of the Verona Park Conservancy, a non-profit organization of volunteers working with Essex County to maintain and improve the condition and facilities of Verona Park.

All are welcome to monthly meetings on the third Thursday of the month, at 7:30 p.m., at the Verona Park Boathouse.
