Verona Fit Club - Free Beach Body Workout!

Don't let your New Year's resolution to get fit fall by the wayside!  Come to Verona Fit Club's free workouts twice a week  - Thursday nights at 7, and Saturday morning at 9. Located at the First Presbyterian Church on 10 Fairview Ave in Verona, it's a great place to get in shape, meet people, and have fun!
