The Mental Health Association of Essex County Invites You To a unique Caregivers Wellness and Psychoeducational Series.  This Series is designed to provide repite and education about mental illness to family members.


Join the Intensive Family Support Service Program to learn stress reducing techniques that are easy and simple to use.


Family caregivers will discuss the impact of the illness on the whole family; treatment options and learn about community resources.
