The Verona Policeman’s Benevolent Association (PBA) Local 72 will be collecting items for Hurricane Sandy victims during today's Verona Football game against Newark's East Side High School.

The PBA is looking for canned foods, personal hygiene products, diapers, pet food, sternos, cleaning supplies and AA and D batteries to be distributed to Hurricane Sandy victims with the help of Goman's Delivery Service.

"Please limit donated items to what has been specifically requested by the victims," they said.
