Baked In A Cup Cedar Grove Grand Opening

Baked in a Cup Cedar Grove Celebrates Grand Opening on December 14.

Baked in a Cup, New Jersey’s gourmet cupcakery,
celebrates the grand opening of its newest location in Cedar Grove. Owners Edwin and Joanne Medina invite the public to enjoy free festivities, treats
and special giveaways on Saturday, December 14 from 10 a.m. - 1 p.m. at 539 Pompton Avenue in the heart of Cedar Grove’s business district.

The grand opening includes family-friendly activities, such as balloon
sculpting and face painting by a clown, and giveaways, including balloons
and t-shirts. The first 100 customers will receive a free mini cupcake.


“As local residents, we’re welcoming our neighbors to celebrate with us as
we open the doors to our newest venture,” says Edwin Medina, owner of Baked
in a Cup Cedar Grove. “This has been a life-long dream and we’re looking
forward to sharing our gourmet cupcakes with the Cedar Grove community for
many years to come.”


Customers can choose from more than 30 flavors of cupcakes to purchase,
including classics such as red velvet and special holiday flavors including
candy cane, chocolate chip gingerbread and hot chocolate mint. Bakery hours
are Tuesday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 8 p.m.; Friday - Saturday, 10 a.m. - 9
p.m.; and Sunday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m.


Baked in a Cup uses fine-quality ingredients to handcraft cupcakes and cakes
on-premise. The gourmet cupcakery specializes in Swiss buttercreams and all
of their frostings, fillings and batters are free of shortening and
preservatives. The first Baked in a Cup opened in Ramsey, N.J. in 2011.
Cedar Grove is the cupcakery’s second location.
