Where/when did you learn to play piano?
I started when I was 4. My parents had an upright player piano and I used to learn that way. At 7, I started taking lessons from Verona resident Doug Kistner.

What drew you to this style of music?
I simply love playing the piano so I wanted to do a tribute to my favorite artists, such as Elton, Billy Joel, Stevie Wonder, Little Richard, Ray Charles to name a few.

Is this the first time you play for a crowd in Verona?
I played two years ago in Verona with my Elton John Tribute Bobby & The Jets and it was great. About as hot as it is going to be Wednesday, too. Show was great. Kind of funny playing on the HB lawn, too. Spent many years in detention there! Haha.

Are you excited or nervous to play in your hometown?
It's gonna be a blast. Can't wait.

What is your ultimate dream?
My dream is to continue making a living playing music.

Anything else you want to tell us?

My keyboard player Doug Kistner, who as I mentioned was my first keyboard teacher, will be playing the show as well. He still resides in Verona with his three kids.
