Our Lady of the Lake Holds Breakfast with Santa and Christmas Pageant

Our Lady of the Lake School is getting into the holiday spirit with its annual Christmas traditions.

Our Lady of the Lake School has been busy with holiday activities as Christmas rapidly approches.

On Saturday, Dec. 8, the the school hosted a Breakfast with Santa event where families has the option to donate toys for the Marine Corps Toys for Tots campaign in lieu of a $10 admission fee.

Our Lady of the Lake collected over 100 toys.

Fr. Mike Hanly, Pastor of Our Lady of the Lake Parish, will bring the toys to the Marine Corps for inclusion in the Toys for Tots campaign.

Our Lady of the Lake also held a Christmas pageant featuring the school's eight grade class.

“It is a Christmas tradition at Our Lady of the Lake School that the 8th Grade class presents the Christmas Pageant, an enactment of the Biblical Nativity story, with musical accompaniment by the students of Grades four through seven,” said John Mandler from the school's marketing and publicity committee.
