ALARIS HEALTH AT CEDAR GROVE CELEBRATES GRANDPARENTS DAY WITH A CARNIVAL

Cedar Grove—Calling all grandparents! Alaris Health at Cedar Grove will hold a unique Carnival for local grandparents and their grandchildren on Sunday, September 8, which is National Grandparents Day. The free carnival will run from 12:30 am to 4 pm at Alaris Health at Cedar Grove, 110 Grove Ave Cedar Grove, NJ.

 

Events of the day will include a petting zoo, carnival games, popcorn, snow cones, a hot dog station and face painting.

First instituted in 1978 National Grandparents Day appeared after a West Virginia housewife came up with the idea to encourage families to visit their elderly relatives.
