Schools Closed for Teachers' Convention, Super Bowl Tour Stops in Montclair

In anticipation of Super Bowl XLVIII coming to New Jersey, the Montclair 2014 Committee is bringing the Join the Huddle Tour to Montclair High School's George Inness Annex parking lot Thursday from noon to 4 p.m. Pose with the Vince Lombardi trophy, create your own touchdown dance and more.

Verona and Cedar Grove Public Schools are closed on Thursday and Friday for the annual NJEA Teachers' Convention in Atlantic City.

There will be a pre-K story time at the Cedar Grove Public Library at 10 a.m. Stories, songs, and an awesome craft. No registration required.

Friends of the Verona Public Library will hold their monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. The library is accepting donations for the annual Book Sale in December through Friday. Volunteers are needed to sort books on Sunday.
