No experience necessary for this Open Level Vinyasa Flow class! Bring your friends and share the love of outdoor yoga & the elements of nature! Class meets next to boat house, on the raised stone circular platform. Bring yourself, your mat and your open heart! Open to children that can stay focused on the mat.
Tuesday classes meet rain or shine - Rained out Thursday classes will meet at Starseed Yoga's studio.
