 d Verona\, followed by a 1-hour yoga  class especially designed to addre
 ss the needs of runners.\nYou&rsquo\;ll receive instruction on the essen
 tial yoga poses for tone and flexibility and guidance on the key yoga po
 ses for runners.\nEach week the essential areas of tightness for runners
  &hellip\; lower back\,  hamstrings\, calves\, while achy hips\, knees a
 nd feet will be addressed  PLUS focus on strengthening the core and uppe
