Fertility Yoga – Active
This more active class uses specific poses designed to stimulate the essential organs associated with improving fertility. Students are also taught Pranayama (breathwork) and meditations specific to fertility. This class is geared more toward students who are looking to achieve overall wellness, including weight loss, nutrition and stress reduction that may help women on their fertility journey.
You will also receive inspirations emailed to you daily to help you on your fertility journey, as well as be added to our online support community if you would like.
Tuesdays 7-8pm, Thursdays 9:30-10:30am
