The Township of Verona continues its repertoire of summer outdoor concerts for the 8th year. By popular demand, two of the annual summer concerts will be held at the Verona Community Pool, 257 Fairview Avenue, and two will continue at the Civic Center Square in front of Town Hall, 600 Bloomfield Avenue.
Come and enjoy entertainment under the stars listening to the following live music:
Wed. July 4th – “Alotta Colada” – at the Verona Community Pool

The sounds of the summer and the Islands come alive with this entertaining band. They are comprised of an all star lineup of seasoned musicians of Verona residents. The music is timeless and the party never stops!!
Wed. July 11th – “The Duprees” at the Civic Center Square

One of the all time favorite golden oldies groups. Known all over the world for their romantic interpretation of some of the most beautiful love songs of the 60's. Songs include: "You Belong to Me", "Have You Heard", "Why Don't You Believe Me"
Wed. July 18th – “Hotel California” Eagles Tribute at the Civic Center Square

For two decades, this act has faithfully and accurately reproduced the Grammy Award winning sounds of The Eagles. Each concert presents an exciting showcase of their hits such as “Take It Easy”, Heartache Tonight” and of course “Hotel California”
Wed. August 22nd – “Jimmy & The Parrots” Jimmy Buffet Tribute at the Verona Community Pool

More About Verona Township Pool
Open seasonally beginning every Memorial Day weekend, Verona Township Pool is a summer fun wonderland for resident members and their guests. The large pool, 12 feet and 6 inches at its deepest point, is complemented by a pair of steep water slides. The pool area has a host of recreation options available including shuffleboard, sand volleyball, tennis, basketball courts, ping pong, hopscotch, a playground and a cafeteria counter run by local restaurants. The pool is entirely handicapped accessible. A large poolside gazebo is available for party rentals.
