The Memorial Day parade will begin 10 a.m. Monday from Everett Field. A ceremony will be held immediately after the parade in the Verona Civic Center. The township will again honor veterans with the Verona Distinguished Service Medal. Call (973) 857-4767 for more information.

More About Verona Civic Center
Located in the heart of downtown Verona, the municipal complex includes Township Hall, the Verona Police Department, The Verona Public Library and H.B. Whitehorne Middle School. The buildings surround the center courtyard area, where the township's war and 9/11 memorials are located. This courtyard is the location of the township's annual Fair in the Square, as well as Cops and Rodders, a summer concert series and the township's annual tree lighting ceremony.
