Using mother nature to help heat us up, commit to the challenge of Solar Vinyasa Yoga! This dynamic practice focuses on breath control, strength building, balance, flexibility, and of course uplifting you mentally & spiritually! With Amy Witmyer as your yoga guide, you will laugh & sweat your way through this non-stop series of fun-filled summer-time yoga, bringing more balance & energy into your life! This challenge is perfect for beginners to advanced practitioners. However, we suggest that you are familiar with the basics of yoga postures and breathing as it will help you to be able to move more quickly and safely. Amy Witmyer holds the highest level Yoga certification, E RYT 500+, is a Reiki Master & Holistic Lifestyle Coach. Amy takes pride in her  ability to teach all levels, ages, shapes and sizes. With a strong foundation in traditional yoga practices, she has a natural ability to apply these principles to all Yoga styles.
