Come to the 10:15am service at First Presbyterian Church of Verona and celebrate the Souper Bowl of Caring.
This movement started with a single group who raised a few hundred dollars and collected some cans. Now over 15,000 groups hold activities to collect money and cans, and to raise awareness of their local hungry and poor. Everything they collect will go directly to the charity of their choice. Everyone can make a difference. There was over an $8 million difference made last year.
Please come and celebrate the SOUPER Bowl with us. Bring a can of soup and a dollar that will be given to the Operation Cheer Soup Kitchen in Newark.
