MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) invites all area moms with infants and preschoolers to our next meeting on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at Montclair Community Church.  Montclair MOPS is a caring network of mothers of children ranging in age from newborn through six.  We are open to ALL moms in Montclair, Verona, Cedar Grove, West Orange, Nutley, Bloomfield, Glen Ridge, Clifton, and the surrounding areas. 

Montclair MOPS is a place where moms can connect with other moms and be encouraged, nurtured, and refreshed.  We meet once a month on Thursdays from 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM at the church where mothers enjoy brunch, a speaker, small discussion groups, and a craft activity.  

The featured speaker will be Paramus resident Susan Panzica, a spiritual and inspirational public speaker and blogger.  Susan’s topic will be, “Blessed… or Stressed?” and she will discuss the holidays and how to stay focused on the true meaning of the season.

 A suggested donation of $10 per meeting is appreciated.  There are also monthly play dates, special holiday events and a mom’s night out. 

Free childcare is provided by loving, competent caregivers.  Infants may stay with their mothers or be brought to the nursery.  Each month, the children will enjoy a craft activity, snacks, songs, stories and playtime in a fun and social setting.
