Essex County will host an open house at the Turtle Back Zoo, with free admission on June 9th from 10 am to 2 pm.
With games and family-friendly activities, you can learn about County programs and services, while touring the zoo, the Treetop Adventure Course ($20 to ride), and the Outback Adventure and Aviary. Play on the miniGOLF Safari ($5 children/$7 adults), Ride the Carousel ($2 per ride), Ride the Ponies ($2 per ride), or Travel through the Woods on our Miniature Train (Free).

More About Turtle Back Zoo
Turtle Back Zoo is a West Orange-based zoo that also features rides and a gift shop. The zoo hosts educational exhibits and includes a petting zoo in addition to animal habitats. Animal attractions at the Turtle Back Zoo include elk, red pandas, wolves, reptiles, prairie dogs and many more.
