*Community Connection Program*

For nearly 20 years our focus has been on working to effectively meet the inclusive recreation, physical education, fitness and wellness needs of individuals with disabilities, as well as those of individuals who require a nontraditional approach for achieving personal health. 

NJAPE is proud to announce a partnership service between families and young professionals. Families will have the ability to pay a minimal one-time fee to have a NJAPE trained college student come out to their residence and work one to one with their child on various sport skill, fitness and wellness activities.

 Each college student will be completing an internship with NJAPE, where at completion they will receive a NJAPE Certificate, and letter of recommendation. In addition, at the end of the internship each student will have the opportunity to interview for a paid position on the NJAPE staff.
