Singer, songwriter Lauryn Hill, the South Orange resident and former Fugee who must soon surrender for a three-month prison term for failing to pay taxes on $2.3 million in income over a five-year span, will perform Tuesday, May 14 in Brooklyn, a published report Monday said. Hill, who was sentenced on Monday, May 6 for tax evasion, will sing and rap at the Music Hall of Williamsburg, according to the NJ.com report. Tickets to the show are $85 in advance and $100 at the door, the report said, and VIP “meet and greet” passes may be purchased for $200.
