The holiday spirit came early this year making Thanksgiving a little easier for some.
On Tuesday Nov. 20th members from Verona Police PBA Local 72 hosted its 2nd Annual Holiday Food Collection.
Members gathered an assortment of Thanksgiving Day fixings and then prepared numerous bags of groceries. They were then delivered to the Verona Health Department and will later be distributed to area families in need.
