Virginia Boeck, President of the Friends of the Verona Public Library and Mary Torrey, Library Director, would like to express their sincere thanks to the members of the community who bought books at our 30^th annual book sale from December 1-4.

This year our book sale broke all records, raising over $1,200 for the Friends of the Verona Public Library.

We also had a fantastic membership drive, with over 75 families supporting the Library through Friends' memberships in 2012.

The funds raised from the book sale and memberships will go towards new equipment for the library, as well as the annual purchase of the Encyclopedia Britannica Online for the community’s use.

Thanks to everyone who supported the Verona Public Library with their purchases and their memberships.
