Hello Readers!

I am very pleased to be the new Associate Editor for Verona-Cedar Grove Patch.

As your news ambassador I will do my best to provide all of the news surrounding Verona and Cedar Grove.

Although I am new to the this position, I have been at Patch, covering your communities for the past six months.

I am no stranger to the close-knit communities of Verona and Cedar Grove, having been born in North Caldwell and raised in Roseland. I consider your towns to be my home away from home. 

There are two important things to know about me: The first is that I strive for perfection in fairness and accuracy in my reporting.

The second is that I am always available should you need to speak with me or send a story idea my way.

Now that I am writing for your towns on a consistent basis, you will see me at all your local events and meetings. I love meeting readers so don't hesitate to seek me out for a comment, question or just to chat.

If you have an event or announcement, post it yourself on Patch. If you have something to say, write about it. You have the knowledge and tools, we will provide the venue.

Blogs are free, and you do not need any professional writing experience to blog. There are no deadlines, and you may post blogs as often (or as little) as you like. The topic is up to you - whether you choose to write about an organization and its projects, or on a personal subject, or both!

Getting started is simple. The first step is to be a registered user on Verona-Cedar Grove Patch. If you are not already registered, please go to the website and click on the JOIN button in the upper right corner of the homepage. Fill out the short form and we’ll upgrade your status to blogger.
