The Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation Mid-Atlantic Region will be hosting a year-end free medical consultation clinic from 10 a.m.- noon on Sunday, Dec. 4 at 150 Commerce Road, Cedar Grove. Participating physicians will cover the following disciplines: Cardiology, Nephrology, Oncology, Family Practice, Dentistry, Chinese Medicine, Endocrinology, Recovery, Pediatric medicine plus many other excellent physicians from the New Jersey area. If you or someone you know has medical questions, our physicians will gladly answer them. If you would like to understand more about your medical test results, please bring them in, and the doctors will review the results with you.

We are Dr. Holly String and&nbsp;Dr Mathilde DeGraff. We are Physical Therapists and neurological clinical specialists. Our company is called&nbsp;Balance Back to Life PT, and we see clients in the comfort of their home for 60-90 minute private sessions. We both have over 8 years of experience working at larger rehab centers such as NYU Rusk rehab&nbsp;and Spaulding (MA). We have used our knowledge and work ethic from these roles to create a company that specializes in goal-based rehabilitation.&nbsp;We see a variety of different clients with different goals and needs, ranging from improving pain to learning how to walk again! Examples of our clients focus: strengthening, pain management, balance/fall risk, Parkinsons rehab, multiple sclerosis rehab, post stroke rehab, variety of neurological conditions, geriatric rehab, and a lot more! We are&nbsp;also certified and offer the LSVT BIG program for Parkinsons. We offer the&nbsp;use of unique and new medical device equipment including functional electrical stimulation to promote healing and strengthening.
We are based in Montclair NJ and serve all of Essex County.&nbsp;
