Brookdale Avenue School in Verona held its "Cookies and Milk" event on April 12 as part of the Pajama Program
It was also "Wear a Pair, Bring a Pair" night, where students were asked to bring in a new pair of pajamas to donate, as well books for the book fair this weekend.
During Scholastic’s One for Books Program, the school supported the Pajama Program again, which is an organization that provides new pajamas and new books to children in need, many of whom are waiting for, or hoping, to be adopted.
The Brookdale Avenue School is located at 14 Brookdale Court.
