Cedar Grove High School will kick off its premiere of Disney's Beauty and the Beast with its first performance on Thursday.

The three performances will be held Thursday, Feb. 21 at 7 p.m., Friday, Feb. 22 at 7 p.m. and Saturday, Feb. 23 at 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.

The role of the Beast will be played by Senior Alex Campbell while Belle will be portrayed by Senior Courtney Buckworth.

The performance will cost $10 for adults and $8 for students and senior citizens and is held in the Cedar Grove High School Auditorium, located at 90 Rugby Road.

On Saturday, Feb. 16, the cast held a special Breakfast with the Characters event for local children. The event included a hot breakfast with the Beauty and the Beast cast, beverages and a photo with a character from the show.
