Members of the St. Catherine of Siena 3/4 grade basketball team defeated Totowa in the championship round of the Passaic Valley Basketball League recently to capture the league title with a 26-1 record.

The team finished the season with a 26-1 record and were undefeated in the Grammer Independent League. 

The team also won the St. Thomas of the Apostle Presidents Day Tournament defeating St. Thomas in Bloomfield as well as the inaugural St. Catherine Tournament defeating St. Phillips of Clifton. 

The team’s lone loss was in the regular season to Little Falls, falling by a final score of 14-12.
