Alice came to us from Kentucky. She had been held there for a while because of a court case. She came to us quite shy but is now warming up to folks here in New Jersey and is very affectionate. She is crate trained and possibly house broken. She is a nice looking Aussie, white paws and white on her chest. Alice gets along well with other dogs, she is micro-chipped, fully vaccinated, spayed and heart worm negative and ready for her forever home. Caldwell residents, do you know that Bloomfield provides your animal control service? Do you realize if any of your animals are lost and captured they will be brought to the Bloomfield/Bukowski Animal Shelter? Do you know that the caring, dedicated, passionate and compassionate in-shelter volunteers were abruptly dismissed without cause on March 16? These are the very people who would be there to comfort and care for your lost animal and move Heaven and earth to find its family. Please sign this petition to ask the Bloomfield Board of Health, Health officials and township officials to return the volunteers to the shelter ASAP.
