Assault Claim Filed Against "Jersey Shore's" Ortiz
Citizen files complaint in wake of fight at Bamboo Bar last weekend.

Another member of MTV's "Jersey Shore" cast is in trouble.
Ronald Ortiz Margo, known as "Ronnie," is the subject of a simple assault complaint filed by a private citizen, according to Seaside Heights Det. Steve Korman.
Justin Viterito, age and hometown not given, filed the complaint on Wednesday, June 13, Korman said, in the wake of a fight at Bamboo Bar that occurred on Saturday, June 9.
The assault claim comes just days after another cast member, Deena Cortese of New Egypt, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct after dancing in the middle of a street and stopping traffic.
