6-6:15pm    "Stories Behind Chinese Dumplings" by Haiyan Su, Montclair State University

6:20-8pm    Dumpling Dinner (also Chinese Cold Dish, Chinese Tea and Chinese Cookie).

During dinner there will be assorted cultural & musical show.
